Henry Amalaraj is responsible for the Company’s Operations, Business Strategy, Customer Relationships and balancing sustainable growth. He has rich experience in Fund Raising, Financial Structuring and Restructuring, Mergers & Acquisitions and Strategic Advisory across different Industrial Verticals.
He can understand Global Business Environment and Technologies which helps him to think differently and can come up with out-of-box solutions. He has a strong background of Financial Engineering and has worked in Large Manufacturing and Global IT Companies for more than 30 years.
Henry last worked at Cranes Software, a listed IT Product Company as Associate Vice President – Finance. During his stint there, he had managed all the Inland and Overseas M&A’s, and was instrumental in transitioning post-acquisition period. He had also managed to raise large funds for acquisitions and the growth of the Company thru’ Debt Funding, ECB’s and other Short Term Funds.
