Henry Amalaraj is responsible for the Company’s operations, business strategy, customer relationships and balancing sustainable growth. He has rich experience in fund raising, M&A’s, financial structuring and restructuring. He can understand global business environment and technologies which helps him to think differently and can come up with out of box solutions. He has a strong background of financial engineering and has worked in large manufacturing and Global IT Companies for more than 20 years.
Henry last worked at Cranes Software Solutions, listed IT Product Company as Associate Vice President – Finance. During his stint there, he had managed all the inland and overseas M&A’s, and was instrumental in transitioning the post-acquisition period. He had also managed to raise large funds for acquisitions and the growth of the company thru’ Debt funding, ECB’s and other short term funds.
